Meet Douglas Moss, a seasoned professional in the construction industry with a passion for custom home building and renovation. With years of experience under his belt, Douglas has mastered a wide range of skills, including home site and foundation layout, framing, siding, trim, doors, windows, hardwood flooring, tile flooring, deck building, and painting. He also possesses basic plumbing and electrical skills, making him a well-rounded builder.
After completing college with a degree in finance and economics, Douglas honed his craft and techniques during school breaks. He worked with his father for a few years before venturing into multi-family construction and development as an assistant superintendent. He quickly worked his way up the ranks and became a lead superintendent in 2008.
Over the years, Douglas has developed an extensive knowledge of not only the construction process but also the pre-construction development process. He has worked with architects, engineers, and municipalities to develop project plans, negotiate contracts, and spearhead the plan approval process with multiple jurisdictions around the southeast and mid-west. Today, Douglas uses his expertise to deliver outstanding custom home builds and outdoor living additions.
